A cop, Tat, forsakes his dream of becoming a sailor to take care of his mentally disabled brother, Danny. When Danny steals from a gangster by accident and gets kidnapped, Tat must turn over a police key witness in order to save him. Left with no choice, Tat has to abduct the key witness and fights the gangsters until he gets Danny back.
